"SALE” ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

 

Exchange

If you wish to make an exchange for a different size, colour or product, simply fill in the returns form.  We offer a quick turnaround with replacement items normally shipped within 2-5 working days of receipt of goods.

Please note: this may take substantially longer if your requested product has been created in limited quantities.

 

Returns

Goods must be returned / exchanged within 14 days, in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and with all original tags attached. After this period, we maintain the right to refuse refund or exchange requests. 

We will issue a full refund or exchange (excluding original delivery charges) within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Return postage is payable by the customer and we strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office.  We can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive and goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange:

  • Underwear
  • Grooming products
  • Alcohol/Spirits


Faulty Items

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur.  If you have received a faulty or incorrect order please contact customercare@leoarmah.com

Please note that we are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email to customercare@leoarmah.com

Where goods have already been dispatched, please follow our Returns policy.
